equirements:
1. Bachelor degree above, majored in IT, Information Control or relevant
2. At least 10 years of IT experience including minimum 5 years in a managerial position in foreign manufacturing company, valve production experience will be a plus.
3. Professional leadership with strong business sense, teamwork and good communication skills.
4. Knowledge of project management. Knowledge in teaming setting up.
5. Have a strong financial awareness, will be computer literate with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and well developed presentation skills.
6. Strong leadership and inter-personal skills with ability to work through all levels of organization, internal and external.
7. Be able to work under pressure, self-motivated and have positive attitude as well as good team spirit.
8. Strong sense of responsibility, highly initiative and flexible, mature, independent, good interpersonal and communication skills
9. Strong analytical, organizational and panning skill required.

Responsibilities:
1. Reporting to the Executive Vice President and CEO, be fully responsible for overseeing and managing the RFS BU in Shanghai.
2. This position will be in charge of over all functions such as commercial negotiation, project handling, team building and other management things;
3. Drive project team excellence to improve quality, reduce the cost and ensure the running of the whole company and projects delivery;
4. Review company manpower requirements and balance efficiency to meet internal and external requirements;
5. Ensure the BU performance to meets the requirements of the customer by improving EHS performance, product process, and people management.
6. Control and reduce cost while improving quality by training programs, cross training of R&D engineers, application teams, process improvement, etc.
7. Contribute to the overall company performance by active participation as part of the management team by daily communication with management, customers & suppliers and other departments;
8. The job holder will be considered a key member of the Senior Executive Team in Shanghai and will be expected to contribute to the development of the overall business plan.
9. Build up a strong team of the company by coaching and developing all staffs.
